Based in Perth's western suburbs, this metropolitan council is focused on creating sustainable growth within its boundaries. Due to a recent departure in the Statutory Planning department, they require an experienced Senior Statutory Planner to join their established team.



You will be responsible for providing expert advice on development applications, drawing on your in-depth knowledge of WA planning legislation to assist and advise customers on their land use planning queries. Liaising with external stakeholders you will be relationship focused with demonstrated leadership ability.



This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Statutory Planner to challenge themselves with complex development applications and environmental issues. This is a short term contract role which is perfect if you are between positions, however there is a high possibility for this role to go permanent in the future.
