Leading bank is urgently seeking the talents of a People Process & Organisational Change Programme Manager to work across a large transformation programme of work.



Candidates applying MUST have the following:



· Previous experience of managing multiple people process and organisational change projects

· Experience of working in a project environment

· Experience of HR processes and procedures

· Experience of OD/Change projects

· Song stakeholder management skills, and particularly ability to drive disparate group of individuals towards a common goal

· Familiarity with LTSB organisation and business, or of a similar environment elsewhere
