Working closely with the Chief Agency Officer, your key responsibility is to contribute positive impacts in driving strategic ideas for business growth. You will focus on driving effective sales management strategies with senior sales leaders to ensure high performance is consistently achieved. You will be responsible in growing the agency channel as well as maintaining its professional reputation.



To be a key part of this successful business, you will come from a solid insurance agency background with successful track records in sales management. You will be a driven individual who has the confidence and strategic mind to grow the business. With your extensive years of experience in top management level, you will be an assertive and career driven individual who can be trusted with key decision making process.
