Our client is a prestigious Accountancy firm located in the CBD, is renowned for the pride in achieving the best possible results for their clients, an immediate requirement exists for an experienced Client Service Officer. This is a challenging role which you will provide outstanding support to a large, fast paced, dynamic team.
This role will require you to work closely with the partners of the business, with your primarily focus around providing superior support, key responsibilities will include; liaising with clients, processing client billings, Collation and preparation of client packs, ATO and ASIC correspondence, preparation of financial statements and client packs and providing high level administration support while managing the job flow for the team. The successful candidate will have effective time management skills to meet strict deadlines. They will also be able to build and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders and demonstrate partnership focus, have strong attention to detail, using meticulous approach to achieve high quality results for their team.
The ideal candidate will be professionally presented and have previous administration experience in an Accounting or Financial Services environment, be savvy using Microsoft Office suite programs.
