Hays are recruiting a Marketing Executive for a charitable trust.



This organisation is built on quality and integrity, serving their members as trusted experts in sourcing employee solutions and benefits packages.



As the Marketing Executive you will be in charge of the creation and editing of written content, design of marketing collateral, website and electronic newsletters. You will be required to project manage marketing communication initiatives, developing and implementing membership growth and retention strategies.



Events are a key part of this role, you will be required to manage the effective delivery of key conferences and events and activities, both internally and externally including CRM analysis, follow up strategy and reporting of results. You will need to work to tight deadlines and within set budgets.



To be eligible for this role you must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Demonstrated experience in developing and managing marketing campaigns/activities,

Including the analysis and reporting of results. Proficiency in a range of software applications is essential, in particular Microsoft Office applications. Experience in the use of CMS and CRM programs desirable.
