A profitable and successful business have a requirement for an L&D specialist with experience developing e-learning programmes to cover maternity leave for 9 months.





The business place a high degree of importance on learning & development so this is a key appointment for the organisation and will work as part of a well respected HR & L&D function.





The role has 2 key areas of focus;





Firstly you will manage the organisation's Learning Management System, tracking employees training and qualification requirements and liaising and coordinating with external providers to ensure all training needs are satisfied.





Secondly you will be responsible for developing an on-line learning suite for the business. This content will include material primarily on pensions but also a range of other subject matter.





You'll bring strong training coordination experience as well as proven success developing e-learning programmes. The elearning platform the business use is relatively straight forward so you don't need to bring a high degree of technical expertise from an elearning point of view, the development of content is far more important.





You will ideally have a good understanding of the pensions industry but those with a strong background and knowledge of financial services/legal sector will also be considered.
