Lead HR Business Partner

A leading technology business based in London is looking for a talented and agile Lead HR Business Partner to join their team. This newly created role will report into the Head of HR and be responsible for devising and implementing a strategic people plan for a client group made up of technology and some corporate functions.



You will be the primary contact for the senior leadership team and will responsible for providing an effective HR service. This is a broad generalist role and you will cover organisational development, performance management, talent acquisition, HR policy, reward, systems. In additional to this you will have the opportunity support the Head of HR by taking ownership of ad-hoc change projects across the function. You will also manage a small team supporting on recruitment and transactional HR.



We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who is working at a similar level in a fast paced, commercial business, ideally one that is technology driven. You will be comfortable with ambiguity and have a proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to provide effective HR solution. Ideally you must be CIPD qualified and have some people management experience.

£50000 - £55000 per annum + Package
