• Alcatel PBXs – Crystal and Common Hardware architecture running OXE R9 or R10


• Legacy Voicemail – 4635 and 4645


• Omni vista 4760 (GUI to manage PBXs).


• Alcatel ICS 8400 (used mainly for softphone and voicemail).


• Responsible for the configuration, integration, implementation and operational support of Voice solutions (both VoIP and Legacy PBX)


• Analyze, recommend, and support the implementation of standard, template-based technology solutions via approved processes, tools and techniques


• Provide Voice engineering, documentation, and creation of engineering packages using current approved tools and processes


• Assist with the development of network implementations that include physical and logical connectivity


• Provide a common platform and consistent network VoIP environment.


• Deploy distributed network solutions to ensure system functionality, interoperability, availability, timely use and business continuity

Qualifications :

• Educational background: university degree (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems etc.) or equivalent experience in IT or relevant business area.
