This leading property investment company is looking for a confident and talented part time accountant. The role can either be 3 days or 4 days with shorter hours.



To ensure the financial compliance and strategic initiatives for their Australian business are met, they are currently looking to appoint a top performing professional on a permanent basis.



Supporting the Directors in ensuring financial compliance you will work closely with a team of dynamic, driven and passionate individuals.



Utilising your strong technical skills and partnering closely with the business, you will hold responsibility across reporting (financial and management), statutory compliance, analysis and tax.



Your success will be measured through your ability to ensure financial and tax compliance across the business while adding strategic financial guidance on an ad hoc basis.



You will be CA or CPA qualified and be able to demonstrate strong technical competence in financial and management accounting.



Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills will see you build strong relationships and enable you to influence key stakeholders at all levels.
