This is an excellent opportunity to apply your skills with the regions premier building team as a construction / services foreman. Currently turning over in the region of $150m per annum they are a builder that concentrates on quality not quantity and have now moved into multi storey apartment projects.

The project in question is a $50m apartment project that is currently coming out of the ground with a team including, project manager, site manager, foreman & contract administrator on site. We are looking to add to that team another foreman who has experience in services, structure and fit out. We are looking for applicants with a minimum of three years experience as a construction foreman on commercial and in particular apartment projects. In this role you will be working closely with the project team in directing the construction, logistics, procurement, supervision and coordination of trades. All the time applying strict adherence to OH&S policies and procedures and effectively communicating with people at every stage to ensure the successful completion of the project.

The successful candidate will have all of the above including a minimum of three years experience as a construction foreman with a commercial principle contractor, you will have proven experience overseeing and managing all services aspects of the projects you have been working on and have a full understanding of all local OH&S & IR policies and procedures. Successful candidates must have valid references from previous employers and clients alike.
