The ASC acts as an ambassador of the Apple brand and will oversee the merchandising and operations of an Apple Shop and grow the Mac and add-on business in the store. The ASC is accountable for driving sales performance through providing excellent customer services, giving one to one and one to many product demonstrations of Apple-based solutions, and ensuring all Apple fixtures and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained according to Apple’s standards. The ASC is also responsible for providing training to the retail partner’s staff on Apple products and Apple Shop merchandizing and maintenance standards. Other key responsibilities include providing business insights and identifying opportunities.

Job Summary
Apple Solutions Consultant (ASC) is a full-time Apple employee who works in Apple Shop to deliver the desired customer experiences to our customers. This role reports into Apple Associate Regional Manager and works full time in a dedicated Apple Shop in Chain Electronic Store retail environment.
