The Finance Manager for Order to Cash will be responsible for the successful operation of the Order to Cash function for the companies' International markets. The SSC supports in excess of 30 countries across Europe, Asia, Japan, Australia, New Zealand and South America.



The role involves the development of strong relationships with stakeholders and Business partners, managing a team of 4+, development of staff to operate the OTC processes within the team, Resource Planning - manage volume spikes etc. You will have oversight of key OTC processes including, Cash Application, Customer Master Data Maintenance, Manual and Pricing Adjustments, Customer calls, Credit hold release, month end close.



You will be expected to help develop internal controls, manage OTC KPI's and analytics, meet SLA targets, SOX Compliance. You will Interface and build relationships with customer service, finance and other credit team members within SSC and across International markets.



To succeed you will have a proven knowledge and understanding of Order Management, Revenue Cycle and Accounts receivable procedures, understanding balance sheet analysis, credit risk, financial exposure and setting credit limits (note this is not a credit control role but it has some element).






You will have strong ERP and Excel experience, ability to formulate OTC strategies and identify trends through analysis of various data. Previous people management experience is essential
