North China Recruitment Manager

Our Client is a top - tier consulting firm, with offices in most countries, aiming to provide high - quality service to customers in every industry. Now to support the fast growing business, they are looking for a North China Recruiting Manager to join their Beijing office, who will directly report to China HR Director.



You will be responsible for both social recruiting and campus recruiting; developing working force plan and other recruiting related strategic plan; delivering recruiting plan to sourcer and monitoring recruiting process, etc. Other work if needed.



To be qualified, you should have bachelor degree or above, with more than 8yrs Recruiting experience in MNC. You should be familiar with recruiting channels and recruiting process, with strong management skill and fluent English. Smart business sense is a plus.
