Our client is a Fortune 500 Chemical company, with a pretty good track record in its industry worldwide. Now to support the fast growing business, they are looking for a BU HR Lead to join their Shanghai office, who`ll directly report to BU HR VP.



This BU HR Lead should be responsible for the Organization Change (restructuring, mergers, acquisitions and divestment) by providing appropriate solutions to the business from the HR perspective; the maintenance of employee relations; branding enhancement, etc. You will work closely with Business leaders to help them align their operations and employee capabilities to the overall strategic directions and the mid-to-long term needs of the local Human Resources operations. Other HR work if needed.



To be qualified, you should have bachelor degree or above, with at least 10 years good track record in HR role in MNC. Both Commercial and manufacturing support experience is preferred. Good communication and strategic thinking ability is highly required. General business acumen would be a plus. It is essential to be fluent in both English and Mandarin.
