Our client is a long-standing European company focusing on the technical innovation. It is a leading manufacturer with solid technical background and various BU. We are currently hiring a Sales & Marketing Director for Battery management system based in East China.



As a Sales & Marketing Director, you are responsible for the creation and implementation of the sales strategy in Great china. Building strong relationship with both OEM and battery manufacturer to present our products and technique. You will take charge of developing sales channel and managing account relationship. And also, working with R&D to analyze market potential, motivating sales team and developing team members.



Ideally, we are looking for a strong initiative candidate who has at least 5 years experience in BMS/Battery industry and also more than 8 years experiences in business development. Bachelor or above degree, major in market, electronics or related. Excellent English in both oral and written would be a plus.
