Our client is a long-standing German company focusing on the technical innovation. It is a leading manufacturer with solid technical background and various BU. We are currently hiring a CTO for Battery management system based in East China.



As a Chief Technology Officer, you will develop a good sense to capture global trend and draw the roadmap for the R&D. And also, leading the engineering activities in BMS to ensure the program implementation: Design, R&D, Testing, and Transition to mass production. You are also responsible for the strategy development and implementation; Train and coach team members and have solid communication with sales, plants, clients for meeting their requirements.



Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with strong leadership and good communication skills. Master's degree or above with at least 10 years' experiences in BMS field or similar areas. We are open for all nationalities, expat package can be discussed.
