For our Client, well-known, global company located in Katowice, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of Process Manager.



Working on this position you will support global convergence agenda by delivering efficiencies and complexity reduction, continuously improving the available process and technology solutions to ensure internal and external benchmarking. You will be the functional expert who will deliver integrated process and technology design, satisfying business needs, ensuring compliance with the overarching process and service strategy. In addition, this role has responsibility for building relationship between IT and the decision makers in business, focusing on fostering those relationships ensuring good governance of IT investments, identifying and managing the demand for IT resources and providing Executive-level of service management (SLA’s).
