Working with a highly ambitious project team, you'll be responsible for being two steps ahead, anticipating things before they happen, and coordinating & contracting with a proactive and thorough nature, all so that project activities roll on with ease and efficiency.

The role will include coordination of project needs including logistics, deliveries, equipment hire, etc, supplier quotation gathering and assessment and liaising with purchasing department for ordering and follow up, preparing tender packages for subcontractors, assessing tender responses, preparing and letting subcontractor scope of works and contracts, preparing, in communication with your Project Manager, SWMS, site safety plans, subcontractor agreements, O&M manuals

To be considered, in addition to demonstrating the above capability and motivation, we are looking for 3+ years in a Project Coordination, Contract Admin or Document Controller role within the construction industry experience, intermediate to advanced skill in MS Word & Excel, ability to read and interpret CAD drawings.
