As the Director of Operations of this highly active membership based organisation you are responsible for driving the profitability and growth of its commercial entities and streamlining operational efficiencies of the back office function.



You will bring to this position sound commercial acumen and a track record of delivering profitability, efficiently and effectively through the development and implementation of a range of strategic, operational and financial initiatives. You will also be responsible for streamlining and improving the back office functions of Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance and Building Services; this will be achieved by the design and implementation of policies and procedures, corporate governance and risk management.



Your capacity to align individual and team work functions with the overall strategic direction of the business, combined with your strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication and influencing skills will ensure you not only succeed but excel in this position, whilst positively impacting operational and financial excellence.
