A leading Lloyds broker are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join their growing change function. The organisation have gone through a significant period of growth and are now improving and growing the change function to keep up with the pace of growth.
The role will involve the implementation of a new trading platform. This will be a business change role and involve working closely with the business to gather their requirements and ensure they are being taken on board with the implementation. The role will involve requirements gathering, process mapping, hosting steering committees and implementing change. This will be a fast-paced and dynamic role with plenty of business interaction.
As the change team is in it's early stages, they require a self-starter who is highly organised and excellent at building relationships and getting their message across. You must have insurance experience and preferably London-market knowledge as well as over 4 years Business Analysis experience. Experience of working with the Eclipse system will be a big benefit.
This is a lucrative position paying a basic salary of up to £55,000 pa. You will get the change to work on a large-scale project with a growing organisation. As part of a growing team this will be a 'hands-on' role where you will be involved in multiple-smaller projects and can really make a difference.
