Greensboro/Winston-Salem, North Carolina Area, US - Information Technology and Services

Service Delivery Manager with-in Application Management group will be responsible for Business Development, Strategy, Contract Administration (includes financial management of assigned projects including, but not limited to

:

• Revenue and resource forecasting, revenue recognition, margin management, etc., team mentoring of a mixed team including both on and off-shore team members, resource planning, financial planning (internal and external).

• Accountable for client satisfaction, program revenue and profitability and team performance.

• Responsible for assessing competitive project solutions and ensuring proposals to clients are both competitive and profitable. Responsible for effective collaboration with 3rd party agencies, including process optimization.

• Proactively participate in recommending and implementing process and project delivery improvements.

• Responsible for project risk management and status reporting, including internal and external project reviews

• Should understand customer strategy, goals and direction and ensure team alignment to this direction.

• Responsible for ensuring adherence to quality targets across projects in collaboration with regional management support.
