The company has solid techniques and production capability on a couple of business unit, including automotive, energy, electronics, consumer, healthcare, etc. Their value is people care and results-oriented employer that rewards and empowers their people to maximise their potential.



Due to their rapidly business expansion, they are looking for a Compliance Counsel to join in their professional Ethics team by directly reporting to Global VP, Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer.



In this role, you will work with the Ethics and Compliance team to access ethics and compliance risks in the region and provide support or advice to business units and corporate functions to maintain compliance with company policies and values. You are also expected to draft and support communications to address ethics and compliance program activities, train employees and promote understanding and awareness cross-regionally. You are also required to coordinate with functional leaders and compliance activities of other departments to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities. Assisting with oversight, investigation and ensuring proper reporting of violations are also required.



Ideally, we are looking for an individual who have more than 10 years working experience with legal background. The one is expected to have strong leadership experience and good project management skills. Fluent English communication is preferred.
