Our client is a market leader in Project Homes and keep expanding to grow with the Sydney market. They pride themselves on high quality work and a great working environment. They have a rare opportunity for an Estimating Manager to join their team here in Sydney. If you have the experience, this is a role not to be missed.



The successful candidate will join their Operations team and be responsible for the whole Estimating department and its future development. Working with other senior business Managers you will be the person to drive this side of the business while managing a strong team of Sales and Production Estimators.



You will be responsible for the streamline Estimating process to end result and continued improvements. You will be working to BOQ and the creation of fixed price contracts. Educating, motivating and leading by example are what is needed for this role. Working to to tight deadlines are essential and helping others to achieve the same. In short you will be responsible for the monitoring and adjusting of process, team management and Estimating itself.



You Must have the following to be considered:



Experience of both Sales and Production Estimating

Local Project Home knowledge

People Management experience

Strong leadership and communication skills
