Our client is a global name in insurance and due to continued growth and success, is building a travel insurance division in the heart of Sydney's CBD.



Reporting directly to the Call Centre Manager, you will be the first point of contact for the customer, responsible for guiding them through solutions with regards to travel insurance packages. You will be working to KPIs and sales targets, processing inbound and outbound calls to warm leads. You will be processing the sale end-to-end, closing the agreement with confidence and cross-selling and up-selling on every opportunity.



The ideal candidate will have at least 9 months experience in a telephone based sales role and a proven ability to work to targets. A background in insurance or financial services is not essential but will be highly regarded. You will be ambitious and driven, with the desire to grow within the company, as career progression opportunities are real and encouraged.



The close-knit team is based in the vibrant offices in Sydney CBD, office hours run from Monday to Friday 9 until 5 and the salary is $45-50K + Super + commissions.
