Global GMP Compliance Audit Manager



A global pharmaceutical conglomerate which employs over 100,000 employees and has a strong focus to improve the well being of human, is seeking an experienced Corporate Compliance Audit Manager to provide GMP audit leadership to all research, manufacturing operations and business functions.



Reporting to the Director of GMP Compliance Audit, you will strategically lead and implement GMP compliance audits across the organisational sites globally.



Partnering closely with the local site directors and other key stakeholders, you give consultative audit advice to strive for continuous quality operational standards and minimise any risk that affects the employees and business excellence.



You will also be interfacing closely with key stakeholders to promote global best audit practices and encourage proactive sharing of knowledge among the Governmental Regulatory bodies, corporate auditors, management teams and industrial experts. You will also be involved in planning and developing auditor training program to groom the next generations' auditors in succeeding in their roles.



To strive in this challenging role, you will have a good degree in Science or Engineering, with more than 10 years of vast experience in leading GMP Compliance Audit within pharmaceutical, nutritional or biopharmaceutical industries. Experience in Compliance Audit for sterilise manufacturing would be advantageous. You should also have working experience in managing inspections by regulatory authorities such as FDA, EMA, TGA, ANVISA, JPMA and MHRA.



Alternatively, you could be coming from the Governmental Regulatory authorities , having many years of experience in GMP auditing of pharmaceutical manufacturing sites.



You should possess good verbal and written communication skills, with analytical abilities to make critical decisions to influence various stakeholders. Being versatile to work independently and open to travel globally when required are crucial as well.
