Sitting within a leading agency of the Victorian State Government, this highly specialised business unit provides advice to the private sector on industrial relations policies.



An opportunity currently exists for a Senior Compliance Officer to fulfil a three-year fixed term contract, focusing particularly on the Child Employment and Long Service Leave Acts.



A hands on Team Leader, you will co-ordinate team members in monitoring State-wide compliance against regulatory obligations, producing regular reports and briefs for internal executives. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the proven ability to present to stakeholders and influence outcomes.



An experienced leader, you will embrace responsibility; supervising the day to day workload of Support Officers within the division. Ideally coming from an advisory or compliance based role with experience in Industrial Relations, you are looking for an exciting opportunity to further hone your skills.
