The HP Take Back Operations EMEA is responsible to develop, implement and manage take back , recycling and compliance reporting solutions for end-of-life hardware products, used HP printing supplies, packaging materials and used batteries for all of HP's businesses in the Europe, Middle-East and Africa (EMEA) region.



Job description







In Take Back Operations EMEA there are various processes and programs linked to customers’ services, product recycling and legal compliance. We are continuity in the process of re-engineering to improve processes, network and partner landscape, as well as keeping day to day activity and operation running.



The role of the Student is to support program management related with:



• Providing guidance to GBS team in Chennai about DQA processes.



• Implementing defined actions to improving data quality in Panda system.



• Review weekly and monthly reports to ensure data quality and define actions to take to improve.



• Preparation of documentation for WEEE, Batteries and packaging audits.



• Support providing data for Visible Fee.



• Ad hoc support for requirement changes implementation in Compliance Reporting Data. Example Supplies updated related to WEEE Recast and Change printer weight due to changes in regulation.



• Other minor request from the rest of team



QUALIFICATIONS:



- Fluent English



- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills



- Autonomy and curiosity



- Strong sense of ownership and reliability



- Knowledge in Query tools (Brio), Excel, Access,... and PowerPoint
