Bayer HealthCare (Consumer Care Division) is looking for a Manager, Innovation Portfolio Review (IPR) as part of its Global Planning and Portfolio Management team. The position plays an important role in the optimization of innovation pipeline and investments and ensures that the pipeline contributes to growth targets.



Key Deliverables:

• Collaborate with team members from Marketing, Finance, R&D and Project Management functions

• Ensure commercial assessments for projects appropriately reflect value of each opportunity

• Develop and analyze business cases from both strategic and operational perspective

• Manage and update aggregated data; identify gaps based on scenario analysis

• Develop and run multivariate models to ensure innovation programs deliver highest possible value

• Track innovation performance and develop recommendations for resource investments

• Support development and continuous refining of IPR analytics, process, and outcomes.

• Acts as a driver to ensure continued adherence amongst key stakeholders
