Hays have been engaged by their client, a leading international financial services firm, to recruit for their IT team based in Melbourne's inner suburbs. Their current requirement is for an experienced and competent UX expert.



This is a specialised role where the ideal candidate will have experience of 4 years or more in UX, interaction design and development of websites and digital assets. Specifically mobile and responsive development.



You will have proven experience in conversion rate optimisation including A/B testing and worked in agile teams previously where you followed agile development processes.



Key responsibilities include: Design of UI architecture, Interface and interaction flow of applications and experiences, Development of conceptual diagrams, wireframes, flat visual mock ups and interactive prototypes, User centred design based on market analysis, Industry best practice, Business requirements and user testing, Create visual style guides to assist the design of online services, Close collaboration with product owner, channel manager, developers, internal and external stakeholders.
