This role will be aimed at maximising sales over the phone; so your positive attitude towards making sales and exceeding expectations will be what drives your success!
Proven experience in a phone based sales environment is essential, along with the ability to have a consultative and educational approach with customers. As the product expert - you will advise the customer of the benefits of this technology and identify how it will best assist their business.
Your outstanding written and verbal communication skills are paramount to your success as well as the ability to quickly build rapport and engage in exceptional customer service. Driven and ambitious, you will thrive in a fast paced environment with a results-focussed mentality.
Hours are Monday - Friday, business hours. Occasional Saturday may be required.
