Our client is a renowned non for profit firm which is in the legal service space. They are currently expanding their department and are in the market looking for an experienced auditor with experience in Forensic accountant and investigation of financial transactions.



Independently plan and conduct a variety of serious and complex assignments relating to licensee practices in crisis by reason of death, incapacity, abandonment, revocation, etc. Apply the principles of forensic auditing to review of licensee books and records, including those where there may be allegations of misuse or mishandling of client property entrusted to lawyers or where other Law Society financial and/or record-keeping requirements have not been satisfied. Examine and audits accounting records and files maintained by licensees identifying and reporting on deficiencies, discrepancies and shortfalls. Participate in the development of policy and procedures when assigned.
