Based just outside of Newbury is a revolutionary Financial Services Consultancy, delivering specialist solutions across the globe; their work is ground-breaking and world class. They are one of the world's largest corporations providing finance related products and services in a variety of sectors. Located within a spacious and modern business park they seek a Junior Project Administrator. The crux of the position will be to promote, track and manage the development and software engineering work pipeline, working with Client Services to organise multiple concurrent projects, scheduling teams' tasks effectively.



You will be responsible for tracking the progress of all Engineering work amongst the Development and Testing teams, understanding the critical path and planning accordingly. You will be responsible for entering and maintaining project and task information, making sure dates are accurate and statuses updated.



You will be resourceful and have excellent organisational skills with an ability to understand technical information and communicate to non-technical colleagues. Team working skills are essential as you will be immersed in a team environment working on your own initiative to complete complex tasks.



Your background will cover demonstrated competence in standard computer packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and you will have a good understanding for Project Management. Applicants who have exposure to Project Management will have a distinctive advantage but this is not an essential requirement.
