This global financial organisation is a well regarded independent investment markets specialist. Due to ongoing business growth and internal promotion, they are seeking a Client Services Associate to join their team.
The role is responsible for collection and co-ordination of a wide range of investment related data across investment funds and asset classes for use in research reports. There will be a range of other database collection and management responsibilities as well.
As the successful candidate you will have previous experience in a client services / client focused position and you will have an ability to collect and input large amounts of data to strict schedules and posses advanced Excel spreadsheet skills plus good knowledge of other Microsoft Office packages. You will have strong analytical and communications skills as you will communicate regularly with clients.
This role requires you to work with a number of systems including Excel and various formulas with it; therefore you will have a passion for systems and technology as you will be using a variety of systems simultaneously in this role. Having a keen interest in using a working with a range of technologies outside of work is beneficial.
