Growing Australian SME seeking experienced HR Generalist who has a strong background in both HR advisory services as well as end to end payroll processing. Reporting to the HR Manager and working in a dynamic and fast paced HR team, this is varied and diverse opportunity supporting a white collar and professional services client group.



You will be responsible for coaching and advising line managers and senior management in all areas of performance management and employee relations; end to end recruitment and talent management across the business units; remuneration and benefits reviews; HR policy and procedure advice; processing and preparing the company's fortnightly payroll for 300 + employees via Talent2. In addition you will maintain the HRIS systems, produce reports and be a key point of contact on L&D and Training schedules.



To be successful in this role you will be an HR advisor who has processed a payroll end to end, or be an HR advisor who has processed and prepared a company's payroll for the outsourced provider. You will be a an HR generalist who is an experienced recruiter and have a strong track record of business partnering with management in relation to talent management, talent mapping and pipelining. You will be a professional communicator and enjoy working in a hands on team environment. Knowledge and experience of Talent2 payroll software would be beneficial.
