An established local insurer is looking for Sales Managers to manage a team of talented financial consultants and relationship managers.



As a team leader, you will execute the sales plans and strategies as set by the management while monitoring the performance of your team to ensure success. You will set high but attainable performance targets and provide mentoring. You will also expand and grow the size of your team, and be rewarded financially for the effort. As the first point of contact for your team, you must acquire a comprehensive knowledge of the sales cycle and keep abreast of industry trends.



To be considered for this role, you will possess a degree with at least 3 years of sales experience in the insurance or financial services industry. You will also have the relevant CMFAS certificates and insurance qualifications.
