A large regional bank is seeking an experienced Team Head Structured Financing specialist to lead and manage a high performing product team to serve the 'non-vanilla' asset based financing needs of major clients in Corporate and Institutional Banking through business origination and transaction delivery.



As an Team Head of Structured Finance, you will work in partnership with the Client Coverage team to deliver cross border asset based product solutions to corporate banking clients in industries such as aviation, infrastructure, and project finance sectors. You will work in a regional team focusing on Asia-based clients. You will be responsible for origination support, credit analysis, pricing/cash-flow modelling and preparation of transaction applications.



The successful applicant for this position will require at least 10 years of experience in a reputable bank handling covering institutional client base and well-versed in asset backed finance. You will be a credible expert in the required industries, strong client facing skills, and ability to bring new ideas to the table. Strong English communication skills required. Mandarin will be an advantage.
