My client is a Medium sized accountancy practice in Belfast. Over the past few years this practice has grown from strength to strength even during the economic downturn.

Operating across most service lines, you will get exposure in more specialist areas if you wish to do so. This role will be focused in the accounts/audit department.



What does this mean to you? You wont have any travel commitments. No getting on a plane on a Monday and back on a Friday. If you have out of work commitments, my client encourages you to pursue that as they adopt a strong work life balance to ensure their staff members get the most out of their time.



As a result of the above there is little or no staff turnover.



What will your role involve? You will manage a client portfolio of with Accounts Preparation, Management Accounts and Audit. With regular client meetings off site and the chance to get involved with business development no week will be quite the same.



I am looking to speak to candidates who are recently qualified or who have 1-2 years post qualified experience who are looking for a varied role where their input will be appreciated. Candidates who do well within the role should expect good progression opportunities.
