· Working exposure & understanding to record to report & its upstream and downstream processes



· Owns and executes accounting processes in R2R domain with his / her expertise knowledge



· Strong knowledge on Bank Reconciliation, Intercompany Reconciliations, Fixed Asset Accounting, Month End Closure activities and General Ledger Reconciliations



· Good understanding on the corporate-wide accounting processes and systems



· Understands the client business and executes the activities with utmost care



· Ensure all internal controls and policies are adhered in performing the activities



· Proactively identifies opportunities for improvements and makes recommendations



· Interacts with internal teams and clients on the Reconciliation open items and issues and resolve the operational issues



· Prepare the operational reports and lead the operational calls/Period End Calls



· Should have good understanding on the AP and AR cycle



Qualifications :


Education and Experience Required:


· Minimum of B.Com or equivalent degree



· 3.5 to 4.5 years of relevant work experience in R2R domain



Knowledge and Skills Required:


· Strong BPO F&A skills (Experts in R2R and knowledge on P2P and OTC)



· Good at F&A application skills (e.g., MS Excel, Power Point, SAP)



· Strong understanding on the accounting concepts



· Strong communication skills



· Working Knowledge on the Accounting ERPs ( SAP will be an added advantage )



Others


· Open for flexible shifts



· Good interpersonal skills and team player



· Flexible in working hours depending on the period close, and customers needs
