Compliance Internal Auditor (VP level)

A new role has come up with a renowned bank for a compliance specialist internal auditor to join them. This is a VP-level role.



You will lead and participate in audit assignments to ascertain the system of internal controls with the focus on compliance and AML. You will conduct audit risk assessments and periodic reporting requirements relating to compliance topics and in particular, AML. The role will require travel of up to 60% regionally, and occasionally globally.



The ideal candidate would have an University degree at the minimum, master degree is a plus. You should be a subject matter expert (SME) in the auditing of financial services and compliance topics in banking industry, of which at least 4 years in internal audit in investment banks. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills would be key.
