Job Description
Accenture’s Talent Development and Learning professionals provide an insight-driven approach to help clients drive growth and business value through the organizations critical workforces. The offering includes Leadership, Talent Development and Learning. Our work focuses on aligning the business strategy with the human capital components of leadership, culture, talent and organization, enabling our clients to plan and develop the necessary actions and interventions needed to achieve their business strategy. We also help clients define new ways of working and learning in a technology savvy, geographically dispersed, ever changing world.
We are looking for candidates to start an exciting career with Accenture as a Talent Development and Learning Consultant. A professional at this level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
· Bringing new ideas to clients
· Developing strong business relationships with clients
· Proactively manage client and Accenture work requirements
· Adapting and/or leveraging existing methods and procedures to design and develop training to support large business change initiatives
· Support leadership effectiveness initiatives
· Developing and implementing Talent Development and Learning strategies such as; Skills & Competency Architecture, Learning Delivery Strategy, Curriculum Planning
· Managing small project teams and/or work efforts, client and/or Accenture
· Minimum Requirement: Bachelor Degree
Basic Qualifications:
· Minimum 3 years’ Talent Development and Learning experience
· Must be able to travel, as project work is conducted on client premises
· Experience and aptitude to work within demanding project environments
· Demonstrated ability to manage small teams and/or work effort within a consulting organization or industry
· Experience working within the Resources industry, is highly desirable.

· Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
· Ability to negotiate and influence to achieve a successful outcome
· Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking
· Demonstrated ability to develop and implement pragmatic business solutions

· Ability to consolidate and review data from various sources and draw out conclusions and/or recommendations
· Ability to work effectively with ambiguity, being flexible to change approach/direction, as required
· Proficiency in MS Office – Word, PowerPoint and Excel
