This is an exciting and unique opportunity for a seasoned HR Manager who thrives in a creative, entrepreneurial and fast paced business environment. Working for a Sydney based Retail SME with a global footprint, you will be the HR Manager for the ANZ operations and support the wide business in both operational and strategic HR.



With a white collar workforce of 200 across Australia and New Zealand, this role will be based at the head office in Sydney's CBD. You will be responsible for the management and mentoring of one member of staff and report to the CEO and General Managers. Key tasks will include employee relations and performance management; stakeholder management and working closely with the business leaders to develop frameworks and employee engagement strategies; end to end recruitment and talent management; reward and recognition; HR process improvement; WH&S. You will be supporting corporate business units and departments, as well as a casual retail workforce. In addition there will be further HR projects focusing on remuneration, recruitment processes, HRIS system improvement and culture.



To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced HR Manager from a creative industry environment. You will be a seasoned manager with strong stakeholder management experience. You will be an HR generalist who has exposure in implementing HR strategies with an SME environment. You will ideally have worked in the Retail, Event Management or Travel industries and enjoy working in a fast paced, ever changing culture. You will be hands on and feel comfortable working in a small HR team environment and be highly adaptable.



This role is paying up to $100,000 base plus superannuation.
