This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part time HR Advisor to join this dynamic performing arts and media organisation. Reporting to the head of HR, this role requires you to be responsible for all of Victoria.
In this role you will be required to look after HR from an operational point of view. End to end recruitment, employee relations, performance management, OHS and L+D are also requirements of the role. Improving company culture and assisting with maintaining high morale within the organisation is a main focus for this position.
Sound knowledge in legislation, liaising with stakeholders and building relationships will assist at being successful in this role. A tertiary qualification in HR is required or relevant certificates.
