Growing insurance business with emphasis on underwriting seek to expand their finance team by recruiting a qualified accountant with strong product knowledge reporting into the CFO.



You will be responsible for the preparation of the monthly & quarterly financial reporting packs whilst providing support to the CFO with the full year end statutory requirements. You will manage all month end requirements whilst ensuring that tax compliance is adhered to in line with external requirements. You will support a range of value-adding projects aimed at driving the way the finance team deliver financial information both internally and externally.



You will be a qualified accountant with knowledge of insurance accounting principles. Furthermore you will have exposure to external reporting requirements. You will be hands on in your approach and value the need to work in a collaborative manner in a smaller finance team where the need is there to roll up your sleeves. Candidates trained within a chartered environment would be held in high regard but this is not essential.
