This fast growing organisation is responsible for ensuring the safety of the community. Due to recent growth a Learning and Development specialist is required to assist with the training and development of the legal team.



In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of training services, analysing training needs and developing content. Implementing appropriate processes to deliver on time is essential in being successful in this role. You will be required to have current and detailed knowledge of eLearning approaches and the ability to build online modules. The ability to prepare complex reports and presentations to key stakeholders is a must.



To be successful in this role you will have prior experience in a similar legal training role. Demonstrated understanding of effective adult learning principles and a tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline is advantageous. Highly developed communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships are essential.
