My client is one of the most successful regional IFA's in the Midlands providing advice to key clients on personal and corporate financial planning matters. They are now seeking a Financial Planning Administrator to join the team in Nuneaton and provide support to Senior Adviser's.



Your primary role will be to provide administrative and new business processing support in the following areas: Protection products; Savings and Investment products; and Pensions products. As an experienced administrator you will have knowledge of obtaining accurate illustrations from Life Offices. Other duties will include; obtaining quotes by researching Provider sites, fund comparisons and producing template suitability letters.



The Adviser's will rely on you to be the first point of contact for their clients' queries. Therefore, you will have a professional and confident telephone manner. Working closely with the Adviser's, you will check files to ensure that they are compliant and up to date and take responsibility for all record keeping.



The ideal candidate should have successfully attained their Certificate in Financial Planning (or equivalent). Previous experience within an Independent Financial Advisor firm is advantageous. You must have excellent IT skills and be well versed with Word, Excel and online WRAP Platforms such as Standard Life, Nucleus and Transact.
