One of most profitable public listed companies focusing on manufacturing automotive components in China has significant market growth since 2006 and its revenue has exceeded RMB 6.5 billion in 2012, which expects continuous increase in the following years.



Under the strategy of "Go Global", this company has successfully merged and acquired 2 overseas companies, thus they are actively recruiting a Legal director which is based in Shanghai to involve its global legal activities.



As a representative of your company, you will be in charge of legal business across the world, leading and formulating worldwide legal strategy. You will participate the global merger and acquisition project and provide insightful legal suggestion to M&A. You also need to offer opinions regarding any potential legal risks to guide and safeguard the business operation at both local and international level.



To be a successful candidate in this position, you need to have M&A project experience and overseas or multinational companies working experience is highly preferred. Besides you need to speak excellent English and be native Chinese speaker. At last speaking German is a plus.
