This well established client within the manufacturing industry is currently seeking an experienced candidate to join their team immediately
Reporting to the Sales Manager and Directors you will be responsible for providing an interface between the company and its customers, interacting with customers and providing them with responses and solutions to their enquiries, concerns and requests and pushing sales.
Duties would include, inbound and outbound calls, complaint handling, preparing and processing dispatch documents in a timely order, general administration. In addition to handling the sales enquiries and supporting the sales and production team you will be required to build an ongoing rapport with customers and driving the upselling of their products
This is an excellent opportunity to join a team who are dedicated to providing high levels of customer service. This role is ideal for a person who loves customer service and sales and has very strong attention to detail , good computer skills and excellent time management skills.
Due to the requirements of the position the successful Customer Service Officer should have demonstrated sales or call centre experience with a long history of hitting KPI's and confident with computers.
The individual will be adaptable and have a meticulous approach to their data integrity. The successful candidate will take ownership of the role; you must be able to adapt to a changing work environment and have a flexible approach to your responsibilities.
