Our client, a fast growing Gold Coast business is currently looking to recruit a Receptionist / Office administrator.
This exclusive position requires an individual who is happy to be the face of the company working within the shared reception and office area of the business. It essential that applicants have a good level of both written and spoken English and can articulate this on a daily basis under pressure to both staff and clients either on the telephone or face to face.
Reporting directly the Office Manager you will be responsible for manning the company's busy reception desk, answering and redirecting incoming calls, filing, archiving ,data entry, meeting and greeting clients and adhoc administration duties.
To succeed in the role you will display initiative and be able to think on your feet.You will have impeccable communication skills and have the ability to relate to people on all levels. Excellent time management along with good organisational skills is essential and intermediate - advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge and 40+ wpm is required.
You will have a bubbly and outgoing personality and be passionate about taking pride in your appearance to best represent a business.
