This well known organisation are leaders in the Community Services field with plans for substantial growth and considerable investment in IT. As part of their strategic plan, they are implementing Carelink+ and consequently require an Application Support Analyst to ensure maximum benefit of the product.
Your main responsibilities will include, Application Administration, User support, Reporting and Forms Development, Software updates and Vendor relationship management. You will design and co-ordinate testing of key features of all upgrades and liaise with business users, IT and vendors regarding modification requirements, support issues and software bugs. Another key aspect of the role will include user training.
Candidates will have previous experience with Carelink+ and excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to form positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. This is a newly created role and an integral appointment for this organisation.
