Following a recent business reorganisation, they currently require the services of an experienced and hands on Financial Controller.



Supporting core business activities, you will take a lead role in ensuring financial compliance and integrity of management reports. Managing the budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and tax compliance issues of the business, you will take full responsibility for the finance function.



Leading a small team, you will work closely with business directors and external parties to drive business growth and provide commercial support to the decision making process. A property industry expert, you will be a CA or CPA qualified accountant with outstanding communication skills, confident in presenting to stakeholders of all levels of seniority.
